  • How long will it take to recieve my gallery?

    You’ll receive your proof gallery within 5 business days of your session—just enough time to get excited all over again. From there, you’ll choose your favorite images within 3 days, and once you’ve submitted your picks, I’ll get to work on your final edits. Your full gallery will be delivered within about 2 weeks after selections, making the total turnaround time around 3–4 weeks. I always aim to sneak in a few previews before then, because I know waiting is the hardest part.

  • How do I receive my gallery or video?

    Your final gallery will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can easily view, share, and download your high-resolution images straight to any of your devices. For video deliveries, you’ll receive a Google Drive link—crystal clear and ready to relive on repeat.

  • Do you offer prints?

    Your gallery comes with direct access to my trusted print lab, so you can easily order high-quality prints that do your images justice—no guesswork, no hassle. While I don’t print in-house, you’re absolutely welcome to use your own lab if you prefer. Your memories, your choice—I just want to make sure they’re preserved beautifully.

  • What should I wear to my session?

    Once your session is booked, we’ll dive into a full planning process—outfits included. Styling plays a huge role in setting the tone and bringing your visual narrative to life, so we’ll make sure your fits align with the mood, location, and story we’re telling. It’s more than just picking cute clothes—it’s intentional, creative, and a little bit magic.

  • What if we have to reschedule?

    If we need to reschedule—no stress. Life happens. Most reschedules come with a $50 fee, unless it’s due to a medical or weather emergency, or if I’ve requested the change. We’ll work together to find a new date within 30 days that still honors the vibe and vision we originally planned.

  • How do make my payment?

    All payments are made digitally—simple, secure, and all handled online. Once you book your session, you’ll receive a payment link via email, and you can also choose to pay through a direct Stripe invoice. Automated reminders will be sent out before your session date to help keep everything on track, so you can focus on the fun stuff and not the fine print.

  • Do you travel?

    Yes, absolutely. I’m always down to document your story wherever it unfolds. Travel fees may apply depending on location, and we’ll chat about all of that upfront.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    The earlier, the better—especially for busier seasons. Most clients book 2–3 months in advance, but if you’re last-minute, reach out anyway. If I have room, I’ll make it happen.

  • How do I book a session?

    Once you're ready, I’ll send you a booking link via email. You'll sign the contract, pay the retainer, and then we’re officially on the books and can start planning!

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, for birth stories, branding sessions, weddings, and event coverage. A 30% retainer is due at booking to secure your date, and the remaining balance can be split into monthly payments—just as long as everything is paid in full one month before your event or due date. Let’s keep things flexible and doable, without sacrificing the magic.
